It was simple, spontaneous and freeing in every way. Everyone was tremendously excited to immerse into this project. We've been testing out some new equipment. I remember that this was a very warm day, one of the first times it felt like summer.
And we've never seen Basho store this packed, every inch of the space was filled out with excited listeners, who stayed long after the session ended.
Since the space was difficult to work with, and we couldn't move much — the decision of having only one hand-held camera was correct. The rest of footage was captured thanks to the carefully distributed cameras inside of the room of the record store.
The sound is pure, raw, organic. Kinda feels like you're actually sitting in there with us.
